“TJG Awarded Statistician Support Contract with SBA OIG”
TJG has been awarded an SBA contract for Statistician Support with a single base year contract.
On September 16, 2019 TJG was awarded a base year contract to provide statistical consulting services to support audit work performed by the OIG. SBA’s mission is to maintain and strengthen the Nation’s economy by protecting the interests of, and assisting, small businesses, and helping families and businesses recover from disasters. The OIG provides auditing, investigative and other services to support and assist SBA in achieving its aforementioned mission.
In support of the SBA OIG, TJG will:
- Determine sample sizes and approaches that best meet the needs of specific audits, help interpret sample results, and project results to the audit universe sampled.
- Provide training for OIG staff, as needed.
- Provide expert testimony to Congress supporting conclusions reached as a result of the sampling methodology deployed for specific audit projects.
